About me
Riddhi Mukhopadhyay is Sexual Violence Law Center's Executive Director. Working with survivors for over 20 years, Riddhi was an interpreter for immigrant survivors, then worked as both a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate. Riddhi is a former public defender and started her legal career as a Berkeley Law Foundation Legal Fellow with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
Riddhi previously was co-director on Legal Voice’s shared leadership team. She serves on the Judicial Institute Board and serves by appointment on the Washington Women’s Commission and previously served on the Washington Supreme Court’s Gender & Justice Commission and Seattle’s Immigrant & Refugee Commission. She has taught as adjunct faculty at both Seattle University School of Law and University of Washington School of Law.
