Where can I see the lineup of workshops and speakers?
Check out our conference schedule for information about workshop sessions, plenary speakers, evening events, and more. Check out our speaker page for more information about our incredible speakers! We will continue to update these pages as we get closer to the conference.
How can I get credit for training hours?
Attending the conference provides up to 16 training hours for DV/SA advocates. We are expanding our workshop selection for 2026! Instead of 4 breakout workshop sessions, this year's conference will offer 6 workshop sessions, 3 on each day.
Training hours include all conference programming, including plenaries and evening activities, not just time spent in workshop sessions.
After attending the conference, you will receive an e-mail with your training certificate. Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address in your registration!
Contact WSCADVSA if you need more guidance about documenting training hours.
Where can I find information about the venue?
This year's conference is being held at the Yakima Convention Center at 10 N 8th St, Yakima, WA 98901. The Convention Center is fully ADA accessible with free parking, free wi-fi, and all-gender restrooms available. We will also have a designated Quiet Room for attendees who would like to take a break in a peaceful setting. Please visit their website for more details.
What can I expect for meals?
- We will be providing lunch for both days of the conference, as well as coffee, tea, and light snacks.
- Breakfast and dinner are on your own. If you are staying at La Quinta, a complimentary breakfast bar is available to guests from the hours of 6:00am to 9:00am. If you are staying at the Red Lion Hotel, a breakfast bar will be made available to you to purchase for $10 and will be open during the hours of 7:00am to 10:00am.
- If you have dietary restrictions, please be sure to include that information in your registration. Meals include a vegetarian and vegan option.
- Stay tuned as we finalize our Conference Guide for more local dining options!
