He leads the technical architecture and development of complex digital learning ecosystems—including statewide platforms like WA-SAST and SparkED—helping government agencies and nonprofits deliver vital services more effectively.Before transitioning to civic tech and education, Chris founded Rapport Benefits Group, growing the firm to over $50 million in sales before a successful exit in 2017. An award-winning former advisor to Washington State on healthcare finance and policy, Chris’s career is driven by a singular focus: redesigning complex systems to work better for the people who depend on them.
