A short, grounding practice rooted in trauma sensitive yoga and trauma-informed principles. Designed to help advocates reset between sessions, whether that's client work, court, or back-to-back meetings. No mat or experience is needed. Take what you learn and bring it back to your own workday.

Join hosts Nan Stoops and Suzi Fode for a rousing session of trivia, with questions that only advocates will know how to answer. 6:30-8:30pm at Bale Breaker Brewery & Taproom, about 10 minutes from the convention center. Come early to settle in, socialize, and check out the food trucks on site.

We offer a variety of sodas and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase and a self-serve water station
Outside food is welcome. Check out the food trucks on site, bring your own takeout, or get your food delivered to the taproom!
Kids and dogs are welcome
